Celina is the fastest-growing city of its size in America, and builder landscaping is usually a strip of shrubs and a tree. We design the whole lot from scratch — privacy, shade sequencing, beds, hardscape — which is cheaper to do right once than to fix in stages.
Celina, coordinating with Upper Trinity Regional Water District, has held Stage 2 restrictions since July 2026: irrigation systems run one designated day per week, nothing between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., with hand-held and drip watering allowed daily. That is the tightest schedule in our service area — plant selection and drip design decide whether a Celina landscape survives its first summer.
Nearly every premium Celina neighborhood is a Planned Development with its own lot standards, required open space (residential districts reserve 20% as HOA common area) and design review. We read your community's standards before drawing, so the plan passes review the first time.
Celina requires a permit before removing protected trees, with mitigation fees that run $600 to $5,000 per tree by size — though individually platted residential parcels are exempt while they keep the trees their zoning requires. We verify status before any removal is designed in.

Common questions
A 2D Site Plan runs $750–$2,000 for lots under about half an acre with planting-and-layout scope; photoreal 3D design starts at $2,500; estate lots and multi-zone master plans run $4,500–$7,500+. The $200 on-site consultation is credited in full and design fees credit toward installation.
That is most of our Celina work. New builds get a whole-yard plan — privacy, shade, beds, hardscape, irrigation zoning — designed to your community's PD standards and reviewed by your HOA before anything is installed.
Celina has run Stage 2 restrictions since July 2026: one designated irrigation day per week and no watering 10 a.m.–6 p.m. We design for it with drought-tolerant structure plantings, drip irrigation in every bed, and establishment schedules that lean on hand-watering allowances while plants root in.
