Three design tiers, priced by lot size and scope. Photoreal 3D design starts at $2,500. Every project begins with a $200 on-site consultation, credited in full — and every design fee is credited toward installation.

2D Site Plan

$750–$2,000

Single areas and full yards on lots up to about half an acre, with no pool, structure, grading, or lighting work.

Scaled 2D plan of the designed area (front, back, or both)
Plant palette with species list and placement
Material specifications
One revision round, digital delivery

Eligibility: Lots up to 20,000 sq ft (about half an acre). Not available for pools, structures, grade changes, or lighting plans — those are designed in 3D.
Credits: 100% of the fee applies to a 3D upgrade within 30 days · $500 credited toward installs of $10,000+

Revisions throughout the design phase

Credits: $1,500 credited toward installs of $20,000+

Which tier is right for your lot?

Under 20,000 sq ft (about ½ acre), planting and layout only — 2D Site Plan, or step up to 3D if you want to see it before you build.
Any lot with a pool, structure, grading, or lighting — Complete Vision 3D. Those decisions are too expensive to make from a flat drawing.
Half an acre and up — Complete Vision 3D; roughly an acre or multi-zone estates — Estate & Legacy.
Southlake, Colleyville, Westlake, Preston Hollow — lot sizes there put every project in 3D.

Landscape design in North Texas is custom-quoted by lot size and scope. Photoreal 3D design (Complete Vision) starts at $2,500; estate master plans run $4,500–$7,500+. For lots up to about half an acre without pools or structures, a 2D Site Plan runs $750–$2,000. Every design begins with a $200 on-site consultation, credited in full, and design fees are credited toward installation.

Which properties qualify for a 2D Site Plan?

Lots up to 20,000 square feet — about half an acre — with no pool, structure, grade change, or lighting plan in scope. Larger lots and any project with those elements are designed in photoreal 3D, because that is where mistakes get expensive and a walkthrough earns its keep.

Is the design fee credited toward installation?

Yes. The $200 consultation is credited in full toward any design. A 2D Site Plan credits 100% toward a 3D upgrade within 30 days and $500 toward installs of $10,000 or more; Complete Vision credits $1,000 toward installs of $10,000+; Estate & Legacy credits $1,500 toward installs of $20,000+.

Do I have to install with you to get the design?

No. Every design is yours to keep and is buildable by any qualified contractor. Most clients install with us because the plan, plant list, and specifications are already in hand — but the design stands on its own.
