Photoreal 3D designs with native plants and drought-smart planning — walk your future yard before we break ground.

Design Sequence
A premium design process that gives you clarity before installation ever begins.

Design Sequence
We visit your property in person, listen to your vision, and assess your soil, sun exposure, drainage, and existing landscape conditions.

Design Sequence
We build your property in photoreal 3D — every plant, paver, and elevation — plus a full species list, hardscape layout, and materials guide tailored to your property and budget.

Design Sequence
We refine the final design with you, then hand off a complete roadmap for installation or manage the build from start to finish.
What You Get
Three deliverables — not one sketch.
Stand in your future landscape on your phone. See exactly how every plant, paver, and stone wall will look — at sunrise, at dusk, in full bloom — before we plant a single thing. Share it with your spouse, your in-laws, your designer friends.
The same modeling tools high-end residential architects use, applied to every inch of your property. Accurate to the foot. Buildable. Yours forever — even if you take the design to another contractor down the road.
Every species, every quantity, every supplier. No guessing what's in the design. No “wait, that's not what I expected” at install.
Most DFW landscape designers hand you a sketch and ask you to imagine it. A flat board with cut-out plants. A Pinterest mood board with vibes. You sign a contract, write a check, and hope.
We hand you a movie. You walk through your finished yard on your phone before we break ground — and approve every plant, every paver, every angle. No “I thought it would look different.” No surprises. No regrets.

Design Expertise
Every great outdoor space starts with a thoughtful plan. Our landscape design process begins with a one-on-one consultation at your property, where we listen to your goals, assess your soil, sun exposure, and drainage, and craft a custom design that fits your lifestyle and budget. Whether you're starting from scratch or renovating an overgrown yard, our residential landscape plans are built to thrive in the North Texas climate.
We specialize in drought-tolerant and native plant design — landscapes that are as beautiful as they are resilient. From curated perennial gardens and lush ornamental beds to water-smart xeriscape designs that reduce your water bill, every plan reflects your vision and works with the local environment. Each design package includes a detailed planting plan, hardscape layout, and materials guide so you have a complete roadmap before a single shovel hits the ground.
Homeowners in Frisco, Prosper, Southlake, The Colony, McKinney, and across North Texas choose Designs of Eden because we combine professional-grade landscape planning with hands-on, personalized service. You work directly with the designer from day one — no middlemen, no cookie-cutter templates, and no surprises. Just a landscape plan built specifically for your home.
Every Package Includes
Our landscape design packages are built to give you everything you need — whether you plan to install immediately or phase the project over time. Here's what every client receives:
Answers & Expectations
Landscape design is custom-quoted by lot size and scope. Our photoreal 3D design (Complete Vision) starts at $2,500 and includes a walkthrough video, architect-grade plans, and plant-by-plant specs; estate master plans run $4,500–$7,500+. Every project begins with a free Virtual Discovery Session — and our $200 On-Site Consultation is credited in full toward your design, which is in turn credited toward installation.
Landscape architects hold a licensed professional degree and are typically required for large commercial projects, grading permits, or complex structural work. Landscape designers focus on residential planting plans, aesthetics, and outdoor living spaces — which is exactly what most homeowners need. For residential landscaping in North Texas, a skilled landscape designer delivers exceptional results without the higher cost of an architect.
Most residential landscape design projects take 2–4 weeks from initial consultation to a finalized plan. Simpler projects or smaller properties can move faster. We'll give you a clear timeline after the consultation based on your project scope and our current schedule.
Yes. Many North Texas neighborhoods — especially in Frisco, Prosper, and Allen — have HOA guidelines for landscaping. We're experienced in designing within HOA parameters and can provide documentation, plant lists, and plan drawings formatted for HOA submission. We'll discuss your HOA requirements during the consultation so the design meets approval the first time.
